StockMarketWire.com - Insolvency litigation financing company Manolete said chief financial officer Patrick Lineen had decided to retire at the end of December, following the company's IPO last year.

Lineen would be replaced by Mark Wrenford Tavener when stood down on 7 October, the company said.

Tavener had previously worked in RSM's corporate finance department and had also had roles at IPSX, Deloitte, T-Mobile and PwC.

'We are grateful to Patrick for assisting us through the IPO process and a successful first year as a listed company,' chief executive Steven Cooklin said.
