StockMarketWire.com - Egdon Resources said its daily average production rate in the first half would be lower compared to the full year just passed.

The company said its net production in the year through July, 2019 from the Ceres gas field and the Keddington and Fiskerton Airfield oil fields was 66,364 barrels of oil equivalent.

That averaged out at 182 boe per day, in line with previously-stated guidance.

Egdon said it would provide production guidance for the financial year ending 31 July 2020 with its preliminary results.

However, it said initial guidance for the first half of the financial year was around 170-180 boepd, with Mercury gas backout volumes receivable by Ceres partners ceasing at the end of December.
