StockMarketWire.com - Biodegradable plastics group Symphony Environmental Technologies said it had received a green classification from the London Stock Exchange.

The exchange had introduced a classification and mark for listed companies that derived 50% or more of their activity from the 'green economy'.

'The LSE has concluded that Symphony meets their criteria and has been included within the first cohort of companies to be recognised in this way,' the company said.
