- Financial services group B.P. Marsh & Partners said net assets increased in the first half of the year thanks to a 4% increase in its investment portfolio.

For the six months to 31 July 2019, net asset value (NAV) rose to £130.0m, up from £120.0m a year earlier, with NAV per share rising to 361p from 333p a year earlier.

The equity value of the portfolio had increased 4% in the half, the company said.

The company paid a final dividend of 4.76p per share for the year to 31 January 2019.

Looking ahead to the full year, the company said its outlook was ‘'postiive' as 50% of its investment portfolio revenues emanated from outside of the UK.
