- Clinical AI technology company Sensyne Health said chairman Charles Swingland would stand down due to continued ill health.

Swingland would not seek re-election at the company's annual general meeting being held Wednesday.

'On behalf of the board, I would like to wish Charles a full recovery and thank him for his contribution to the company,' acting chairman Annalisa Jenkins said.

On 4 October, Sensyne Health said Swingland was recovering from a recent period of ill health, which may take a number of weeks.
