StockMarketWire.com - Mineral exploration and development company Beowulf said it planned to raise gross £250K through a share subscription.

The funds would be used to support Vardar Mineral's plans for the Mitrovica and Viti projects in Kosovo and for general working capital purposes, the company said.

The company said it would issue 4,347,826 shares at a price of 5.75p a share.
