- Jangada Mines said three potential routes to market had been identified in a logistics study for its Pitombeiras vandium project in Brazil.

Two of the routes were to main Chinese ports, with the Fortaleza seaport as an embarkation point, with cost estimated at $84.64 per we metric ton.

The other option was to the Brazil-based Companhia Siderurgica de Pecem refinery with an estimated cost at $36.00 per wet metric ton.

The study would form part of a preliminary economic assessment, currently in the process of being prepared.
