- Thermal processing services company Bodycote reported a 1% rise in revenue for the four months through October as weaknesses in its automotive and general industrial market sectors kept a lid on growth.

The specialist technologies and emerging markets divisions delivered improved revenue of 6% and 14% respectively. While civil aerospace revenue grew 14%.

Energy revenue declined 2%, car and light truck revenue declined 6% and general industrial revenue was 6% lower.
