StockMarketWire.com - Ariana Resources said its Kiziltepe mine in Turkey was on track to achieve its annual gold production guidance after output rose in the third quarter compared to the second.
The company said the mine produced 6,933 ounces of gold in the three months through September, up from 6,438 in the second quarter.
Output for the first nine months of the year amounted to 20,667 ounces, which the company said kept it on track to achieve annual production guidance of 25,000.
Gross income during the quarter rose to $11.8m, up from $9.7m in the second.
