StockMarketWire.com - Gama Aviation said it had settled a legal case with SPC Aviation and reported further progress on two ongoing legal matters with Taleveras and Asecna.

Under the terms of the agreement, SPC agreed to drop various damages claims against the company totalling some $4.4m.

Gama Aviation released its counterclaim against SPC concerning historic unpaid bills totalling some $1.3m. In an ongoing case against Televeras to claim back the remainder of some unpaid bills, the company said it was now pursuing the collection of the sums awarded of $2.5m to date as well as interest and legal costs. Gama also said that its case against Asecna was in 'final stages' in the Paris courts, with a judgment expected in January 2020.
