StockMarketWire.com - Schroder UK Public Private Trust said it had completed its change in name from Woodford Patient Capital Trust.
The investment fund also confirmed that Schroder Investment Management had been appointed as its portfolio manager.
The move was first announced back in October and comes after the fund's founder, Neil Woodford, resigned amid the demise of his flagship equity fund.
Schroder UK Public Private Trust will start trading under the ticker SUPP on Monday.
