- Travel agent TUI Group boosted first-quarter revenue after demand remained strong for Western Mediterranean destinations and continued to recover for holiday spots in Turkey and North Africa.

Revenue grew by 8.1% to €3.55bn, helping underlying Ebitda improve to a loss of €24.9m, from €60.3m a year earlier.

'Current trading is progressing in line with our expectations and we are well positioned to deliver at least 10% underlying Ebita growth in the 2018 financial year,' the company said.
