StockMarketWire.com - Globalworth Real Estate Investments said its Polish subsidiary had settled outstanding master lease and operating income guarantees in exchange for around €21.5m.

The guarantees were granted ahead of the company's initial public offering in April 2017 by the previous controlling shareholders -- entities controlled by a fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management Group.

Their purpose was to cover previously unleased office space across the original IPO portfolio.
