StockMarketWire.com - Gas storage group InfraStrata posted an annual loss as it continued to focus on the development of its flagship Islandmagee project in Northern Ireland.

Pre-tax losses for the year the year through July amounted to £963k, compared to a loss of £783k on-year.

Front-end engineering and design work on the project was completed in November, with a related report submitted to the European Union in December.

InfraStrata said it had whittled down a list of 28 interested engineering, procurement and construction contractors to 10.

The full tender package was issued in December, with tender returns due to be submitted in February.
