StockMarketWire.com - Triple Point Social Housing REIT said it had completed the acquisition of 10 supported housing properties, bought the land for another, and exchanged contracts for another still, for a combined £12.8m.

The properties were located in the North West, the West Midlands, the South East, the East Midlands and the South.

The company said it had entered into new FRI leases in respect of each of the properties for a minimum period of 20 years, with the ability to extend.

The leases were with specialist housing associations, including Chrysalis Supported Housing, Hilldale Housing Association and Inclusion Housing.
