StockMarketWire.com - Specialist industrial computer provider Solid State (SOLI) finalised a settlement agreement with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in relation to a contract termination on 25 February 2016. As a result of the settlement, details of which are subject to a confidentiality clause, results for the year to 31 March 2016 will benefit from a one-off profit, which means pre-tax profit is expected to be approximately GBP4.1m. Steatite, an operating subsidiary of the group, was granted a licence to use the intellectual property it developed in relation to the MoJ contract.
