- Totally, a provider of out-of-hospital services to the UK healthcare sector, has been awarded a £403,848 contract with Care UK, through its wholly owned subsidiary Premier Physical Healthcare (PPH), one of the largest independent providers of physiotherapy services in the country.

PPH will deliver physiotherapy and podiatry services to the South Yorkshire group of prisons, comprising HMP Doncaster, HMP Hatfield, HMP Moorland and HMP Lindholme, for six years.

In addition, PPH has been awarded a new Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contract to provide musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy to NHS patients in East Cheshire. The contract will continue for three years.

The AQP contract has no fixed value and the value to Totally will be dependent on the number of GP referrals received.

PPH has also begun delivering mobility assessments in York as part of an existing contract with NHS Wakefield Clinical Commissioning Group.

Wendy Lawrence, CEO of Totally, said: "We continue to work hard on the ongoing discussions regarding our potential acquisition announced on 21 July 2017 as part of our buy and build strategy and I look forward to updating our shareholders further on the outcome of these discussions in due course."
