- Animalcare Group said its earnings for the full year were expected to be in line with management expectations.

Revenue rose by around 9.5% to £91.9m, which was slightly higher than anticipated, the company said.

The integration of the recent Ecuphar acquisition was progressing as planned, though the company added that it was still at an early stage. Margins, therefore, had yet to reflect the synergies that it expected to realise in the medium- to long-term.

"The group is implementing a wide-ranging change agenda in order to establish a strong platform for the future that will deliver long-term shareholder value through the many opportunities available," Animalcare said.
