StockMarketWire.com - Audio-on-demand platform Audioboom said chairman Malcolm Wall had stood down with immediate effect.

He had been replaced after three-and-a-half years in the role by former Telecity Group chief executive Michael Tobin.

Audioboom also announced that it had appointed Brad Clarke as its new chief financial officer. Clarke was previously finance director of Brave Bison group.
