- Residential development finance provider Urban Exposure said it had successfully close new loans worth £110m during the month of November.

The new loans had brought total lending commitments since the company's IPO in May to around £340m.

The loans covered development projects across the UK, including Chelmsford, Brentwood, Horley and Luton.

Urban Exposure said it had committed to the financing of projects representing construction of 1,531 residential units.

'The return profile of the new loans remains in line with expectations at IPO,' it added.

'The company is working on a number of other new loans which it expects to close by year-end.'
