StockMarketWire.com - Clear Leisure said it had lost a court appeal in Italy against a decision that refused the assignment of land to the company for the planned Mediapolis theme park.

Clear Liesure said it had 60 days to challenge the Ivrea Court's decision in the country's High Court and would consult with its legal adviser on a course of action.

'The board is extremely disappointed with the court's decision and, once we have taken advice from our Italian legal advisers, we will update shareholders on the company’s future action with regards to Mediapolis,' chief executive Francesco Gardin said.
