- Ceramic material manufacturer Surface Transforms posted a deeper first-half loss as its sales slipped.

Pre-tax losses for the six months through November amounted to £1,482k, compared to losses of £1,294k on-year.

Revenue fell 3% to £509k.

'The company continues its journey from a development company to a mainstream volume automotive supplier with a site capable of revenues of £50m per year in a market that could ultimately reach £1bn,' the company said.
