StockMarketWire.com - Regional REIT said it had signed three new lease agreements and introduced four new tenants.
The lease agreements included a new 10-year tenancy extension with Odeon at a rent of £737,600 per annum at Kings Court, Dundee.
Under the agreement, the cinema chain would undertake a full refurbishment to the new Odeon Luxe format for which Regional REIT would make a significant capital contribution.
The largest industrial unit within Juniper Park had been re-let for five years to longstanding tenant Schenker.
The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government had taken occupation over the fourth and fifth floors of Arena Point, Leeds.
New tenants included Open Study College, Product Compliance Specialists, Cornerstone Community Care and S&T Audio at properties in Birmingham, Aylesbury and Glasgow.
