- Payments services group Paypoint posted 3.6% growth in first-quarter revenue, driven by an increased site rollout.

Revenue for the three months through June rose to £28.7m after the company rolled out its PayPoint One service to 13,633 sites.

Paypoint also notched a 2.8% improvement in its average weekly service fee.

UK parcel volumes rose 11.9% to 5.6m, due to new partner relationships converting to volumes, with three of the four new parcel partners now transacting.

'PayPoint One is now operating in over 13,9202 convenience retailers and we remain on track to meet our year-end target of 15,800 sites,' chief executive Patrick Headon said.
